As a Senior Plumbing Designer in our Philadelphia, PA office, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skill level as you work among a collaborative and innovative team of Designers to perform plumbing design assignments, using prescribed methods and standards. You’ll help us engage with clients and subcontractors as you design space layouts and exterior appearance and detailing of our client’s advanced facilities. Working with the other members of our team, you will further develop your design capabilities, communication skills, hand sketches, and computer based 3D and illustration knowledge. You’ll be surrounded by expert mentorship opportunities to help you thrive in your new career.
You’ll have the opportunity to play a role in the entire design process including but not limited to preliminary assessments, concept creation, design, problem resolution, drawing and specification production, and customer and vendor accessibility.

Knowledge of all aspects of plumbing systems
At least 15 years of experience in a MEP Design Environment
Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD or other plumbing/HVAC software
A demonstrated ability to solve problems, communicate effectively to all key personnel, manage time efficiently, and produce correct designs within budgeted time
Ideally, you’ll also have: * *
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Lab system experience
Experience with LEED-certified buildings
