We're looking for an experienced and collaborative MEP Field Project Manager to be based at the client’s site in Philadelphia, PA . As the onsite Owners Representative, you’ll act as a subject matter expert in MEP systems, infrastructure, and engineering practices and be responsible for project delivery, on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring the progress and technical performance meets the highest standards of safety, maintainability, efficiency, and operational readiness that are consistent with the project scope, schedule and budget throughout the construction and commissioning phases.
Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, tackle project challenges, solve complex problems, and experience on construction projects with an operational perspective will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, technical expertise in the construction process and a thorough understanding of commissioning methods and objectives.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline, Architectural or Construction
10+ years of as a Project Manager managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system construction for multiple large projects
Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
Prior experience with construction sites in healthcare, education, and/or public buildings
Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
Professional Registered Architect (RA) or Registration (PE)
