Your Impact:

Are you a up and coming Project Manager who is looking to propel their career forward? If so, this is the opportunity for you! You’ll have tremendous growth potential supporting the Ports and Maritime team across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast delivering complex maritime infrastructure development projects from planning through construction and will have exposure to our global portfolio of projects and design resources.

In addition to managing the project financials, delivery, and client relationship, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multi-disciplinary team of engineers, planners, architects, and scientists to deliver complex projects across the Philadelphia region and beyond. We have a growing portfolio of projects that are helping to make our communities and businesses more sustainable and resilient to the impacts of climate change.

You’ll be an asset during design and construction support for ongoing projects around Philadelphia maritime facilities and also offshore wind development. Field inspection and assessment work will provide great exposure to the client and project sites.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Professional Engineer (PE) License or ability to obtain within 6 months

• Strong project or task management experience

• Experience in the design, rehabilitation and inspection of marine structures and/or facilities

• Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team and subject matter experts to deliver projects

• Manage the successful delivery contract documents, design basis, technical specifications, and other client deliverables

• Ability to guide and mentor our younger engineers on design and planning of port facilities

• Good communication skills and ability to interface with clients and stakeholders, both internal and external

• Strong proposal and technical writing skills

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Master’s degree in Engineering

• Experience with cost estimating and services during construction on transportation projects.
