Your Impact:

As a Civil Engineer, you’ll have the chance to work with our global multi-disciplinary team of engineers on ports and maritime projects worldwide. You’ll be involved as part of the team with design, analysis, and delivery of projects ranging from local waterfront projects to large scale international port developments.

The position will involve coordination and design of structural rehabilitation and retrofit projects as well as new marine structures. You will be directly responsible for developing engineering reports, contract drawings and specifications, and providing construction support for these projects. You will be given the opportunity to interface with clients and subconsultants, give presentations and work on technical proposals. You will also be able to lead tasks and gain insight into the engineering/project management process.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on building codes and concrete, steel and timber design

• Excellent writing and communication skills

• Experience in preparation of construction drawings and specifications

• Proficiency and fundamental understanding of structural analysis programs such as STAAD and AutoCad

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and small projects independently

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Masters degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering is preferred

• Structural engineering experience

• Task management experience

• Familiarity with ports and maritime projects
