We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineering Professional to contribute to our ever-growing Data Center Organization. In this role, you'll focus on low and medium voltage electrical distribution systems primarily mission critical-related facilities which typically include large electrical and mechanical yards and major building MEP systems for data center cloud storage. You'll also provide electrical design services of systems in areas of power distribution, emergency back-up power including generators, lighting, fire alarm, life safety, communication, and security systems.

In collaboration with and under the mentorship of some of the industry's leading professionals, you'll perform technical writing, provide design support in producing deliverables, construction drawings, calculations and specification production, shop drawing review, and respond to requests for information during construction.

The base salary range for this position is $86,400 to $141;200. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations [add if remote]. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)

  • EIT Certification, or ability to obtain within a year

  • Ability to learn, adapt and work as a team

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • BIM/CAD experience (REVIT)

  • Experience working for a MEP firm including experience designing medium-voltage distribution systems and emergency generation

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

  • Working knowledge of broad range of electrical systems is preferred, including power system design, fire alarm design, lighting design, load flow studies, communications design, grounding design and equipment selection

  • Some experience producing sizing calculations with minimal supervision is preferred

  • Familiarity with the NEC and NFPA 820
