Responsible for overseeing all of the project controls management for $1B Airport Modernization Program. The Program Controls Manager shall have proven skills in developing, implementing and tracking project budget, cost, schedules, documentation, and change order/claim management. This person shall have a thorough understanding of Primavera program management software, Prolog Manager (or similar), and Microsoft Office. Project Controls Manager shall review GC/AE schedule/cost reports, facilitate technical schedule and cost report reviews, and be responsible for all program controls reporting. Project Controls Manager is preferred to have a minimum of 10 years of experience in work of similar character and scope.
Accountable for the implementation and maintenance of Project Controls systems and procedures to support the successful delivery for the project.
Accountable for the identification and communication of project issues related to cost, schedule, progress, estimating and project delivery risk using the various project controls systems employed on the panel.
Review project proposals, plans, estimates and schedules (and other documents as required).
Implement and maintain base work schedules, development of planning and scheduling function and key resource in Interactive planning processes.
Responsible for managing change on the project using the procedures and systems defined in the Change Management Procedure.
Responsible for communicating any elevated risk levels on the project at the Site to the Site and Program Manager as required.
Perform cost control tasks such as forecasting, reporting, project closeout, invoicing, purchase order management, etc, as required to meet cost control demand for the project in conjunction with other cost control resources
Manage subordinate staff of professional cost engineers and schedulers.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
10 years of combined experience within Project Controls and/or Project Management
Attention to detail and confidentiality on behalf of our client
Strong user skills with MS Office, P6, Prolog (or similar)
Preferred not required:
- BA or BS or equivalent related business experienceissues required
