Jacobs is looking for a Maintenance Procurement Manager to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. In this position, you'll develop contracts for FDOT Roadway maintenance: Asset Maintenance, periodic, routine, and emergency maintenance contracts.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assists in the development, and performs reviews of FDOT Standards, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Responsible for assisting in the scheduling, planning and implementation of the Turnpike roadway contracts program.
• Coordinates legal review of all supplemental agreements and resolves any concerns.
• Ensuring contract compliance and efficient contract administration.
• Interfaces with technical support personnel including designers, engineers, project, and contract managers.
• Participates in Pre-Work conferences with the successful bidders to go over the Department’s expectations and contract requirements.
• Provides contract preparation and administration services for various Office of Toll Operations contracts.
• Coordinate contract specifications with Contract Managers.
• Participates in emergency management operations.
• Additional responsibilities as required by the client.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
5-10 years of experience required
College degree or equivalent work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
Must have a valid Florida’s Driver’s License with no major infractions.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing);
Ability to exercise independent judgment in planning work details and making technical decisions
Knowledge of FDOT procedures for contract development, procurement, and administration.
Ability to travel up to 10% overnight trips
