Where you live is not our main focus. We will consider hybrid to remote work within the US.
We’re looking for an Architecture Project Designer , in our Boston office. In this role you will work closely with a team of talented architects and engineers to focus on our CVS client for renovations focused on ADA and/or Local standards while providing the best possible experience for the customer base. You’ll be accountable for adhering to project goals and design work ups LEED administration for our Architecture group. The highest quality of work involves teamwork and collaboration with top talent of Designers, Quality Controls and Architects. In addition to those efforts you will work closely with the client to communicate the impacts of condemnations, and land taking matters on a site.
Some of your work will include, but not limited to
Review the ADA project scope for Architectural and Civil remodel projects.
Track related fees to establish benchmarking for future work.
Review plans and design solutions for client's preferences.
Coordinate with internal lease teams to clarify the client's responsibility, impacting project scope.
Support ADA Program Manager in all aspects of program support to include attending weekly meetings, reviewing products and services proposals and developing and reporting on schedule tasks and trackers.
Work with external ADA consultants to interpret federal and local ADA requirements, further refine survey reports and development of corporate design preferences.
Create and edit presentations and reports for management. Research condemnation matters for various sites and provide understanding of impacts to various stakeholders
Provide graphical representations of site impacts for presentation to stakeholders.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience
Must provide a portfolio along with your resume
Working knowledge and understanding of ADA design
Understanding of site design
Experience with AutoCAD/Revit
Must be well versed with building codes, accessibility codes, and demonstrated ability for similar project type/role
Willing to travel on occasion to project sites
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
Architecture Registration or Intern Development Program candidate
Revit/BIM technology and Adobe Creative Suite
