Jacobs Training Coordinator in Quantico, Virginia
Assist the Government in the execution of all training operations and coordination functions required for the successful completion of courses
Coordinating with external customers, maintenance of electronic and hard copy student records, creating course certificates, creation of metric reports and briefings, creating and maintaining the annual course and classroom schedules, coordinating oversight and accreditation activities, and developing and maintaining standard operating procedures.
Provide office operations support, including maintenance of phone rosters, onboarding of new personnel (Government, Military, and Contractor), share-drive access management, and leadership calendar updates when coordinating training events and training meetings.
Here’s what you’ll need :
At least 3 years of experience performing administrative tasks.
Experience operating office equipment including photocopiers, scanners, fax machines, and telephones.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite of software.
Must have TS/SCI clearance and Bachelors Degree.
