We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at our client site in Queens Village, NY you will report directly to the Sr. Project Manager and will work alongside other project managers and facility operators. You’ll be responsible for responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team. You’ll bring your expertise to solve complex problems and provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects. Your ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction
Minimum 8 years' experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects
Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Assistant Project Manager
Extensive knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents
Must be able to manage the various projects using established controls/procedures and provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers and any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client/facility
Advanced working knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor’s payment application
Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building
*Ideally, You’ll Also Have: *
Multi Prim experience
Prior experience with construction sites in healthcare, intuitional, and/or public buildings
Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
Professional Registered Architect (RA) or Registration (PE)
