As an Airfield Electrical Engineer within our Aviation group supporting our Houston, TX office you will have the chance to work on Aviation projects alongside our Land Development group. Come join a team that is backed by decades of solid experience on large and small airport projects.

Here's What You'll Do:

  • Contribute to coordinating project assignments with other engineers and technicians from various discipline groups

  • Research design options and document findings

  • Attend meetings with clients and interacting with several key players in the industry

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry post graduate

  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of personnel and management.

  • Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.

  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • Registration as a Professional Engineer, or the ability to successfully apply within 6 months of appointment for the role.

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit

  • Knowledge of AGi32 or Visual Lighting Software

  • Knowledge of FAA Advisory Circulars

  • Familiarity with airfield lighting distribution, FAA NAVAIDS, power distribution systems, sustainability initiatives, telecommunication systems, emergency power or mission critical systems

  • Experience utilizing SKM and ETAP

The base salary range for this position is $103,600 to $161,850. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations [add if remote]. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
