This position will manage program operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and the proper relationships are established between customers. This role is responsible for cost, schedule, performance, integration, and risk identification/mitigation on projects including, but not limited to, systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, and other activities. Position will coordinate resolutions to production related problems.
Responsibilities :
Ensures the scheduling and completion of a Post Award Conference within 15 days of contract award to establish firm dates for any unfinalized Contract Deliverable Requirement List (CDRLs).
Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership during the execution of this Task Order (TO).
Work with the COR and Contracting Officer to oversee the overall integrated schedule and the transition plans of the Task Order to ensure all projects move together toward established goals and objectives.
Maintain remote work management reports, including lessons learned on synchronizing remote work.
Use Government-furnished system to receive, log, assign, track, and monitor tasks assigned to all Centers, Offices, and Task Forces.
Ensure tasks are received, logged, and assigned to the appropriate sections/personnel for completion.
Monitor task progress and ensure tasks will be completed on time and, if necessary, coordinate with the requester for additional time or clarity.
Close out completed task in the designated database or system and ensure the customer receives the requested production.
Response for the quality and efficiency of the Task Order to include both technical issues and business processes.
Meet weekly with the government to discuss activities, identify resource issues, and clarify priorities.
Provide monthly status reports, monitor the quality assurance, progress/status reporting and program reviews applied to the Task Order.
Prepare a Plan of Accomplishment that will address any changes made at the time and serve as the vehicle for establishing firm dates for incremental deliverables.

Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Possess a Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, APICS Production Management certification, or Defense Acquisition University (DAU) equivalent.
Preferred :
- Previous experience supporting DIA MSIC is preferred.
