While the wireless world is ever changing, the demand for innovative technology and long-term support services remains constant. These services include site acquisition, design and construction, to full operations, maintenance, and deconstruction.

Responsible for the business development process on a broad range of complex sales pursuits that grows market share for the company; maintains and advances client relationships through sales strategies and client contacts in alignment with the organization’s strategic business plan.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Experience working on Federal Government projects and comprehensive understanding of FAR procurement

  • Conducts the research and analysis of business opportunities within an identified target market.

  • Assesses competition and potential markets by analyzing growth strategies.

  • Leads the application of the company’s Relationship Based Sales (RBS) Process and develops distinctive value propositions that enhance our customer’s competitive position.

  • Organizes, directs, and motivates a pursuit team to develop strategic sales deliverables.

  • May recommend strategic hires, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures consistent with the goals and objectives established by senior executives.

  • Evaluates key personnel for contract/task bids/proposals and establishing relationships with new clients.

  • May be responsible for resource allocation, productivity, expense levels, and asset management.

  • Develops and fosters positive client relationships.

  • Implements quality, safety, and BeyondZero program to promote an incident and injury free culture.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education and Experience: BS/BA degree and six (6) years related experience; additional education may be substituted for experience.

  • Technical: Capability in Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated leadership ability.

  • Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and other languages, as applicable).

  • Must be able/willing and able to travel.

  • Other: Work may be required after hours and on weekends, and sometimes on short notice.

  • Must be eligible to work for any US Employer without visa sponsorship
