Your Impact:

Our Built Environment practice has a global footprint with more than 5,000 professionals contributing to +$1.5B in revenue. Our Architectural, Interior and Building System solutions supports all aspects of specialty consulting to include asset management, economics, business development and scientific advancement for our government, commercial, institutional, and industrial clients, across diverse markets and services.

Based from our Riyadh office, as Architect of Record you will be performing in a Stakeholder capacity. Your job will be to support stakeholder activity covering both the private and public sector, to help forge working partnerships in the delivery of the projects strategic goals.

You will be required to oversee the submission and approval process for construction/design documents needed to obtain building permits. You will be coordinating internal and external stakeholder meetings, supporting the review of outgoing submissions and helping to monitor and track NOC approvals.

You will take a methodical approach to your work, following up on actions to close pending issues, and assist with summary reports on progress, highlighting planned activities and actions completed

Here’s What You’ll Need:

You will have a bachelor’s degree in architecture, and already have experience in dealing with obtaining approvals with relevant authorities such as Civil Defense, related to building projects.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work with a number of stakeholders both external and internal. You will be highly proficient in all design aspects and have the ability to work under time constraints and towards conflicting deadlines. You will already have familiarity with working as part of a large, multi-cultural team.

You will possess good English language skills (written and spoken) and should be able to proofread your own work before sending for further reviews.
