We are seeking expressions of interest for Design Managers who are Saudi Nationals to assist with Project Managing the design for a large scale mixed use development in which we are currently at bidding stage. You will be based from our Riyadh office working full time and will be providing support in design coordination with other design specializations (e.g. Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Transportation) to coordinate design requirements throughout all design stages (conceptual, schematic, detailed).
You will be working with Project Managers for the review and validation of design deliverables with clients and authorities, capturing feedback and obtaining approvals as well as working with stakeholders for design value engineering. Your ability to coordinate the design process will enable you to lead and chair technical coordination meetings and interdisciplinary checks with project teams.
You will assist Project Managers with implementing quality control policies and procedures on design deliverables and conduct peer review on team members’ deliverables, developing and agreeing job work packages, budget and progress monitoring with other team leaders.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
As a successful candidate you will already have worked in a team which has successfully delivered and project managed a large scale development from concept through to construction which would have covered some of the following; residential, commercial, hospitality, medical, leisure, education and high-rise developments.
You will come with a proven track record of delivering multidisciplinary design projects, on time and within budget, in a variety of industries and have experience in preparing design briefs, fee proposals and negotiating contracts with both subcontractors / sub consultants.
You will have a bachelor’s qualification with relevant Architectural, Built Environment degree. PMI or APM certification and ideally be a RIBA chartered member or LEED Certified
You will have extensive knowledge in BIM, with a track record of delivering multi-disciplinary projects via BIM360 as well as extensive knowledge in Navisworks to produce error free BIM models.
Delivery experience within the Middle East is essential and Saudi Arabia is preferable.
