Our Architectural, Interior and Building System solutions supports all aspects of specialty consulting to include asset management, economics, business development and scientific advancement for our government, commercial, institutional and industrial clients, across diverse markets and services.
We are seeking Project Coordinators to assist our Project Teams with the design of large scale mixed use developments. You will be based from our Riyadh office working full time and will be providing support in design coordination with other design specializations (e.g. Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Transportation) to help coordinate design requirements throughout all design stages (conceptual, schematic, detailed). This will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure within our global integrated delivery model supported by Subject Matter Experts from all corners of the world.
As a Project Coordinator you will help support design deliverables with clients and authorities, helping to capture and report on feedback and assist with obtaining approvals. You will assist Project and Design Managers with quality control policies and procedures on design deliverables.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
This position is reserved for Saudi Nationals. As a successful candidate you will have recently completed a bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction or Project Management related degree and ideally will already have some exposure to working within the construction Industry, preferably within the built environment i.e. hotels, residential/commercial complexes, airports, medical, hospitality or high rise developments etc.
We are seeking individuals who are technically inquisitive, able to communicate complex ideas and thoughts easily and will have demonstrated already a passion for engineering and construction.
