We're looking for an experienced, collaborative, and client-focused Project Manager (PM) to contribute immediately to KSA Utility and Environmental project development and execution of varying sizes as part of a growing team. A project manager who will build strategic business partnerships and deliver high-profile projects with new and key clients in KSA. As a project manager, you will need to understand client organizations and processes, develop and maintain consistent relationships at all organizational levels, and work to ensure that Jacobs is the consultant-of-choice for our clients. In this position, you’ll work under the supervision of senior project managers, project directors, and Water and Environment Manager of Projects. As a key member of our team, you’ll have the chance to work on challenging projects as a Project Manager for water projects – planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects with high degrees of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design, construction services, and commissioning. You will be leading multidiscipline design teams to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and help advance our business development strategies. We’d look to you to support clients through the life of a project from studies, planning, design, compliance and permitting, construction as well as start-up. Also, you’d assist other project managers on large, complex projects, including task management experience. You’d be able to demonstrate your business acumen skills when we ask you to maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies to support project permitting and when we ask you to communicate/work directly with clients. Here’s what you’ll need :

As a successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and preferably be a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or have the potential to obtain the PMP certification. You will bring professional project expertise in the design of water systems and infrastructure projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of current governmental and local authority water and environmental regulations, design guidelines, and permit requirements to ensure project success. Your experience will include presenting and actively participating in project meetings, as well as collaborating with local municipalities and utility companies. You will possess strong oral and written communication skills, be self-motivated, and thrive in team-oriented work environments. Your technical proficiency will be evident through your data analysis and problem-solving abilities, complemented by a strong organizational approach. As a relationship-builder, you will have a proven record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships that result in the creation and procurement of new and repeat consulting work. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to resolve conflicts effectively and lead diverse teams to success.
