About the opportunity
As a result of continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales Support Administrator You will support Subject Matter Experts as they develop value propositions that will position to win work. You will own the quality and presentation of our submissions and work with the teams to determine the best approach and style of response.
You work under the direction of more senior team members with some degree of autonomy and with an expectation to proactively own and complete the assigned tasks. Key functions of this role include knowledge management coordination, document formatting according to brand guidelines and providing additional required support to Jacob’s Growth & Sales Operations organization.

Work with designated response teams members to develop opportunity response plans (compliance matrix) in alignment with our Relationship Based Sales (RBS) process.
Collaborate with senior team members to develop Capability Statements, presentations, and White Papers.
Support sales processes and close-out procedures to comply with governance and audit requirements, across various gates and review stages.
Build understanding of the Jacobs business by reading our corporate, regional, and market qualifications, and researching our industry sectors, clients, competition.
Develop your knowledge and skills in working within core Sales Systems and Tools and use the same for research and analysis purposes (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint, Regional/Global Knowledge repositories, online facilitation tools).
Conducts client, competitor and market research as required in support of client and/or opportunity strategy development.
Promotes use of our proposal collaboration tool (SharePoint) and is responsible for managing its content.
Work with designated response teams members to develop opportunity response plans (compliance matrix) in alignment with our Relationship Based Sales (RBS) process.
Updates/maintains non-opportunity specific/additional sales qualification and reference materials (including résumés, project descriptions and organization charts) in designated information management systems
Ensure that all sales documents comply with our Corporate Identity Program and client confidentiality requirements.
Assist sales management for the preparation of weekly/monthly sales reports.
