We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Manager with a robust hands-on design background to lead our multi-disciplined design team in Saudi Arabia. Here’s what you’ll need :

As a successful candidate, you will have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with a proven track record of leading multidiscipline design teams on major infrastructure or land development projects. With your strong technical proficiency with design software and tools, combined with your exceptional leadership and team management prowess, you will enable the orchestration of a cohesive and high-performing ensemble. Your extensive experience in the Middle East region, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of primary infrastructure disciplines such as roads, power, wet utilities, and dry utilities, along with design principles, will equip you with a deep well of knowledge and expertise that is highly sought after. Your experience in BIM coordination processes will empower you to streamline workflows and encourage seamless collaboration, driving efficiency and innovation. As an exceptional communicator, you will navigate complex dialogues with design professionals and local authorities, articulating intricate concepts with clarity and precision, ensuring a shared vision and seamless execution. Your proven track record of successfully managing infrastructure design teams and projects speaks volumes about your ability to lead and deliver excellence, time and time again. Ideally, you possess discipline-specific professional registrations such as PMP, PMI, ICE, or RICS, solidifying your commitment to continuous learning and adherence to industry best practices.
