We are looking for an eager and curious Administrative Assistant Professional in Chicago, IL to support our Land Services/Acquisitions team.

As a key member of our Admin program support team, you’ll be coordinating and administering configuration management activities relative to production, identification, control, and accounting for specification and change documents directly related to assigned projects.

  • BA or BS desirable

  • Experience with Document Management solutions using Prolog, SharePoint and ProjectWise or similar systems

  • Proficient in MS Office Tools and Excel

  • Experience working on various projects in a fast paced environment

  • Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Process and distribute communications and information flow such as submittals and requests for information (RFIs).

  • Requires excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of. internal management and staff

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:

  • Familiarity with legal deeds, legal descriptions, land acquisitions, title documents, etc experience is preferred

  • Strong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology

  • Perform other duties as required

The base salary range for this position is $93,000 to $125,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
