As an Intermediate-Level Lighting Designer at our St Louis office you’ll be surrounded by expert mentorship opportunities to help you thrive in your new career.

With direction from our Engineers, you’ll create drawings for the MEP systems with the focus on lighting design for various buildings and transportation projects in close coordination with architectural designers using Revit, Autocad and Microstation software.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Associates Degree in Technology

  • Experience in construction plan preparation in Revit

  • Experience with AGI32.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

  • US Citizenship is required

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Microstation

  • Experience working with architects, interior designers and lighting designers.

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management within Jacobs

  • Experience working in electrical design is desirable with emphasis in lighting design.
