Jacobs Contract Administrator in San Antonio, Texas

We are looking for a professional Contract Administrator to add to our team in San Antonio, Texas. Join our PMCM West team and work alongside our technical experts to provide contributions to the development of new techniques and standards. Help our team grow by mentoring the early, intermediate, and associate professionals while leading a team in completion of our construction work in accordance with project and client specifications.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review and coordinate with team members to ensure project documentation conforms to the contract documents.

  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with project design team, client operations, contractor, and suppliers.

  • Review written daily reports that capture work in progress and correlates to the contract documents.

  • Ability to review Contractor Pay Request to validate that quantities are completed, or work progress is acceptable.

  • To be able to maintain or prepare a variety of document control records, including daily progress reports, material accounting records, change orders, RFI, submittals, and record drawings.

  • 15+ years of experience in a role of TxDOT related construction contract records administration.

  • Valid driver’s license

Ideally, you’ll also have these qualifications:

  • College degree or a technical school graduate related to Engineering or Construction Management
