Jacobs Project Controls Specialist in San Diego, California

We are seeking a project controls specialist to support a multi-project program in the San Diego Ca area. Responsibilities will include supporting the project management and construction field team in maintaining document control, project cost/change controls, budget, cashflow, and monthly reporting. This role provides an opportunity in fast-moving projects as part of the larger, longer duration master plan.
Work collaboratively with Program Director, Construction Managers, Project Controls Manager , and General Contractors/Subs, Consultants
Monitoring budget, actual status, and forecast cost at completion
Review invoices and pay application in accordance to contract terms and conditions
Monitor to cost/change controls processes
Schedule, manage, and prepare for monthly reporting package (cost, schedule and risks)
Document control
3+ years of project related experience
Familiarity with a PMIS software
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
Healthcare experience
Experience with construction cost controls
