As a Senior Consultant within the Federal and Environmental Solutions group, the Senior Asset Management Project Manager/Consultant/Strategist will function as an integral part of a group of consultants who provide strategic support on setting future asset management and assessment solutions for client teams. An ideal candidate will be one with MDI re-baselineing experience, experience with the US Coast Guard, and someone passionate about improving Client outcomes through the use of asset management principles.
This position will include leading MDI surveys as a lead surveyor, providing executive briefings, analyzing MDI data for decision making applications and integrating the use of MDI onto the larger USCG Shore Infrastructure approach to portfolio management. Additional opportunities over time will include, but are not limited to:
Development of risk management and mitigation strategies
Developing and drafting configuration standards, technical specifications, and process guides
Performing technical studies on asset life cycle and asset performance
Performing data analysis, evaluating its completeness, currency, accuracy and utilizations
Development and use of key performance indicators (KPIs) to support resource decision making
Support budget development and resource prioritization activities
Evaluating and developing maintenance management strategies and programs
Evaluating and developing capital strategies and programs
Facilitating strategic planning meetings with senior military and civilian USCG leaders

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelors' degree (Masters degree – preferred)
Minimum 10 years related consulting experience
US Citizenship and ability to meet Coast Guard standards to satisfactorily obtain a federal government Common Access Card (CAC)
Progressive and demonstrated experience in facility planning, design, construction, construction management, facility management, asset management, risk management or facility asset management
Proven experience in managing multidiscipline teams
Ability to coordinate with clients to think strategically to deliver on tasks
Ideally You'll Also Have:
Certifications (one or more of the following)
Certified Risk Management Professional
American Institute of Certified Planners
Strategist (6Z, JPM, SAMS, SAARS, etc)
Prior work with the USCG, particularly the CE Program or HQ
Prior work with the Department of Homeland Security or the Department of Defense
Proven ability to leverage analytical skills and lead teams to complete technical assignments
Excellent communication skills
Active SECRET or TS security clearance
