As a Space Planning Manager on our team in San Francisco, you’ll get to grow your skills and join our collaborative team providing our client with planning, design, construction management, and project execution of state-of-the-art structures. You’ll provide oversight and management of capital outlay projects, with emphasis on space planning, and user management and Facilitation of Space Planning engagements. Responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Needs Assessments/ Programming and coordination;

  • Space Management & Space Planning

  • Stack and Block Planning/ Test Fits and coordination;

  • Tennant Improvement Planning/ Furniture Layout Planning and coordination;

  • Project Implementation Strategies and coordination;

  • Move-Migration Planning and coordination;

  • ROM Cost Estimating coordination.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field

  • 10+ years experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction management or related field with at least 50% of which shall have been in the planning, programming, user management or administration of projects resulting in a building or structure being constructed

  • Working knowledge of space management tools and software including: Space View, Archibus, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheets, etc

  • Proven experience in the Healthcare Sector, (State of California)
