As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Pre-Construction efforts with a focus on the development of Request for Qualification, Request for Proposal, Contract documents and project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts) on a large program of value greater than $100M.Using your expertise in best practices, you’ll use your familiarity with the assembly and execution of alternative and progressive delivery methods, including concepts from Multi-Party Integrated Project Delivery, Progressive Design-Build, Integrated Form of Agreement and aspects of Construction Manager at Risk. As well as overseeing the assembly of all procurement related documentation including guiding the project team through the processes and procedures and requirements of an integrated delivery model. You’ll also actively participate with the Project leadership activities such as the Last Planner System, Target Value Design execution, A3 Decision Making process and Project and Senior Management team discussions.As a passionate leader, you'll leverage your people management skills and support the Pre-Construction effort in collaboration with other Project Team leaders (Contractors, Architects and Engineers) to build a strong working relationship with the client to develop permittable construction documents within the clients budget and satisfaction to ensure a successful project delivery.

Here's What You'll Need: 


Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture


10 years of experience as a Project Manager in an Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental, Capital Project Delivery or Construction organization required


15 years of experience in a project related technical field required

  • Proven experience with Integrated Project Delivery Methods


Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required

Ideally, You’ll Also Have: 


Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification preferred
