Description of Duties:
The Cybersecurity Engineer III supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.
The candidate will:
Support the System Test and Resource Management (STaRS) on the Integrated Research & Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.
Be responsible for managing the appropriate resources required to meet customer needs.
Develop and document security architectures and solutions for systems, applications, and networks.
Support in the management of personnel dedicated to the Task order.
Support the architecture and design of ACAS, SIEM, IDS/IPS and HBSS.
Work with architecture and design of enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Identity and Access Management solutions.
Perform research and development including requirements analysis, technology maturity assessment, alignment and traceability, and recommended technological improvements (e.g., innovation) to the STaRS enterprise.
Provide technical guidance and mentor-ship to the STaRS O&M crews regarding Security Systems Architecture.
Develop and document network enterprise systems solutions in accordance with approved engineering lifecycle products and review project designs.
This position will be filled at Schriever AFB, Colorado Springs, CO.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 8 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 6 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 2 years of general experience.
Must have 5 years of directly related experience.
Must have a current DoD 8570.01-M IASAE Level II Approved Baseline Certification (i.e. CISSP)
Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Masters’ degree in an Engineering or IT technical field.
Active DoD Security Clearance of Top Secret or TS/SCI
DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II Approved Baseline Certification (CAP, GSLC, CISM, CASP CE, Associate CISSP, and CISSP).
