We are currently seeking a Rail/Transit Designer to help deliver major rail projects in our Seattle, WA office.
Rail Designer for Transit projects including the design and review of Civil3D models.
Prepares horizontal and vertical track alignments
Develops and coordinates plans, calculations, quantity estimates and specifications, ensuring items are complete, accurate, and in accordance with good engineering practice.
Works closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects delivering on-time and within budget.
Able to have substantial client contact in an integrated project office.
Performs other duties assigned by the Project Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
2-4 years of experience in the design, planning, and implementation of rail or civil transportation projects.
Experience delivering successful, large rail transit projects preferred, but not required.
AutoCAD and Civil 3D capabilities a must.
