We are looking for a driven and curious Project Controls Sr. Manager in Seattle, WA to join our Program Management Team leading a large Healthcare Program.

As a key member of our Project Management Team, you’ll provide the day- to- day support and execution of project controls functions for project and programs. You will be training and supervising project controls staff and be responsible for standard operating procedures in cost control and schedule monitoring, analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll manage overall project and program cost controls and reporting function by supporting client management, updates, and presentations to all levels of management. You will also develop, interpret, and execute policy objectives and standards applicable to cost and schedule controls coupled with analysis activities and client deliverables.  You will collaborate with Project Team Members throughout the Northwest Region.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • BA or BS or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management or related.

  • 10 years of related Project Controls and Scheduling/Planning experience on large programs

  • Experienced in all project controls disciplines - Cost Engineering, Earned Value Management, Scheduling, Estimating, Document Control, etc.

  • Broad knowledge of Project Control Systems, BI dashboard technology and processes including leading schedule processing software, program database platforms and spreadsheet applications (ie: Unifier, E-builder, Kahua, Primavera, Excel, etc)

  • Willingness to travel domestically.

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:

  • Understanding of operational business processes in the Engineering and Construction industry

  • IT experience or aptitude a plus.

  • Experience in healthcare facility programs and projects

The base salary range for this position is $157,200 - $275,200. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
