We are looking for an experienced technical cost account manager for our space line of business that can join the team and lead the Processor Team to perform engineering tasks within cost and schedule.
Responsibilities :
Lead a diverse team of engineers, scientists and support staff to perform next-generation RF payloads and hardware designs, from conceptual design through fabrication, integration and test within cost and schedule.
Provide management guidance to the Processor Technical team and manage day to day functions on large DoD or IC program.
Manage the cost, schedule, and technical baseline, in concert with the chief systems engineer to deliver world class capabilities to customers.
Support Bid and Proposal efforts relative to management and cost volume.
Manage execution of the Technical team across all phases of a program from initiation through closing.
Provide weekly cost, schedule and performance reporting metrics to program team on status of tasks assigned to Engineering team.
Provide monthly financial reporting and forecasting to support program and division Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Possess at a minimum, Secret or Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain a SCI or CI Polygraph.
Bachelors, or Master's degree in engineering, physics, math, technical program management or a related engineering discipline.
5-10 years of experience as an Integrated Project Lead (IPT) or Cost Account Manager (CAM) for projects $50M or greater.
Experience successfully managing cost, schedule and performance across DoD programs.
Experience leading technical teams through development and/or production DoD programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pull data into a coherent presentation, paper, or briefing for customer and stakeholder.
Excellent understanding and experience with MS Software (Project, Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
Practical experience implementing Earned Value Management (EVM) tools on projects.
Experience working with supply chain, manufacturing, and mission assurance relative to radar hardware design, manufacturing and test.
Understanding execution requirements of various type of DoD contracts, including cost-type and firm-fixed price.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through PMI.
Military Airborne or Space ISR or remote sensing experience.
Experience with RF sensors and / or payload integration onto platforms or spacecraft.
