Lead development, prototype, production, and testing of complex custom micro-electronics hardware.
Manage the schedule, budget and technical aspects of electronic packaging design and manufacturing projects.
Direct multi-disciplinary engineering teams made up of RF, test, digital, software, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers.
Review mechanical designs and circuit board layouts for functionality and manufacturability.
Lend knowledge and expertise to failure analysis, process development, troubleshooting, and technical experimentations.
Communicate with and present to company personnel and customers on technical project details, priorities, timetables, and budgets.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Current TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (BSME) or electrical engineering (BSEE).
Experience leading Hardware Development Projects.
Familiarity with product development, research, design, and prototyping to production.
Interest and expertise in project management and technical engineering.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with printed circuit board fabrication.
Experience resolving qualification and production failures.
Hands-on testing, manufacturing, machine shop, or assembly experience.
