As one of Singapore's 2022 Top Best Employers , Jacobs has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate, Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Singapore, initially working on one of the largest and most complex mega-projects in the water sector.
You will build up your capability in managing a project from a commercial and contractual perspective. You will work within an experienced and cohesive team of commercial and contract specialists, who will guide and support you in your duties. Which will include: supporting the administration and assessment of progress claims, variation claims, and notice of claims relates to Extension of Time (EOT) and loss and expense (L&E). Supporting the preparation of cash flow forecasts, contingency analysis etc.
Support the certification of work done by ContractorsThe role is based at site and given the scope and scale of the project will give you an excellent start to your career and we'll mentor you each step of the way to ensure you're set up for success.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
To be a successful candidate, you shall possess a BSc in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university. This is a unique role that opens to Singapore nationals and/or those who graduated from Singapore local universities.
