We would like to welcome you to be part of our Life Sciences team in Singapore as a Mechanical Engineer. Main duties
Detailed engineering activities for various process and utility equipment such as pumps, compressors, Agitators, Centrifuges, Fans, Blowers, Vacuum pumps, filters and package items like Clean utility (Purified water, WFI & Clean steam) generation & storage/ distribution, Different Types of Dryers (ANFD, FBD, RCVD), Autoclaves, Filling lines, Material handling equipment & storage in the warehouse, Cooling tower, Boiler, PSA Nitrogen, Lifts, etc.,
Preparation of technical specifications and technical data sheets of various equipment for pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industry.
Preparation of technical evaluation and price bid evaluation, Generating order specification, Checking of vendor drawings specification/design codes, and able to achieve the target with quality & safety norms
Coordination with cross Department disciplines, Equipment vendors, and Client, Monitor & Control schedule to complete the Enquiry Specification, Technical Recommendation, Order specification, and Vendor review for the equipment
Here’s What You’ll Need:
To be a successful candidate, you shall possess:
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in an engineering consultancy firm.
Conversant with ASME BPE, 3A sanitary standards, ISPE, US Pharmacopoeia, API, IS codes for various equipment as listed above and GMP guidelines.
Experience in Equipment of Biotech, Oral Solid dosage, and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients plants will be an added advantage.
