Water issues are becoming increasingly prominent as we struggle with disparity between water availability and demands, water pollution, and competition for limited water resources. At Jacobs, we recognize these challenges and our engineers, scientists, and planners are working together with clients to find the right solutions to their water challenges.

Our Water business is currently seeking for an RTO ICA to be part of the major water treatment project in Tuas, Singapore.

  • Understand instrumentation and control content of P&ID’s

  • Review the contractor’s engineering submissions, drawings, Method of Statement (MOS), FAT and SAT documents;

  • Attend and approve FAT and SAT;

  • Organize and chair project meetings;

  • Provide site supervision and control system test & commissioning activities;

Here’s What You’ll Need:

To be a successful candidate, you must possess:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in instrumentation, control, and automation works. Consultancy background would be an added advantage.

  • Large scale or similar water treatment plant project experience preferred due to the project’s nature of works.

  • Some practical/site experience in either process instrumentation or control system software engineering would be an advantage

  • Singaporean working rights
