Jacobs is in the market for a passionate Change Manager who will be responsible for guiding and working as part of a project team to provide organisational change management services to clients across various sectors and projects, which will include transformational projects and programs centering on organisation and digital change.

The effective candidate will have a have a demonstrated understanding of project and change management methodologies, principles (6 Sigma) and techniques to apply to complex change needs of a client and/or project. You will ensure project work complies with the project scope of works, statutory/regulatory requirements and client standards. You will lead the production of documentation desired to support change planning and delivery including the development of communications, reporting and other updates desired for management and project teams.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Hands on change management including preparation of strategies, plans, risk analysis, communications, and readiness, needs and impact assessments for change project and / or initiatives.

  • Must have strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to design and facilitate workshops and other stakeholder engagement forums.

  • Management of time, cost, budget and scope change management.

  • Supports and / or leads the preparation of bid proposals for prospective works.
