Jacobs Digital Partner Manager, APAC (can be based in any major Jacobs office in APAC) in South Brisbane, Australia

In this role the successful Digital Partner Manager (APAC) will lead and manage the APAC Digital Partner ecosystem; aligned to the overarching Digital Strategy: to develop and grow profitable workload pipeline, market share, revenue, and margin growth with our chosen Digital Partners; to build enduring and solid Partner relationships.

You will create a Digital Partner ecosystem framework working alongside the wider digital team and other leaders across Jacobs to identify and on-board Digital Partners operating within a managed framework.

This role is an essential part of cross sector engagement with relevant Client Account Managers, Market Directors and Operational Leaders to deliver and contribute to high quality and innovative solutions for Jacobs’ clients. You will leverage your global networks to identify and put forward Jacobs’ unique capabilities and resources whilst also applying them locally.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Ability to create a Digital Partner ecosystem classification framework, promoting and positioning the Jacobs Digital ecosystem to continue testing, attracting and driving new and valuable relationships.

  • Previous experience identifying and applying key metrics to each relationship to drive performance and visibility of proposed success factors.

  • Exposure to, and experience in, roles responsible for defining and building capability to deliver forms part of this role, working closely with other business groups (Sales, Operations etc.) to address the strategic needs of our clients and to successfully deliver our projects.

  • Ability to develop & maintain a deep understanding of global and regional technology advances, industry trends and best practice. Ensure that Jacobs is at the forefront of these developments and that they are leveraged and applied consistently to win work and deliver it successfully, alongside the relevant ecosystem partners where needed.

  • Good interpersonal skills; one who develops others and has the ability to build strong client/partner relationships.

  • Core to this role is the ability to drive joint go-to-market planning and execution, including but not limited to:

  • Brokering and driving joint offer creation(s)

  • Joint pipeline management

  • Opportunity management, through deal close

  • Ongoing cadence, governance, reporting etc

  • Marketing and communications activities

  • Events or similar combined activities
