Jacobs Corporate Facility Lead in Tampa, Florida

As the Facility Lead at Jacobs, your role is critical to keep our offices running and allowing our teams to focus on delivering.

As part of our Real Estate Operations, you’ll join our collaborative team providing our corporate offices with financial related support, project management, staffing and onboarding, and related facilities activities. We are looking for a passionate Facilities Professional in Tampa, FL who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.

You’ll support financial activities such as annual business planning, forecasting, capital planning, invoicing, asset tracking, purchasing, and headcount tracking. You’ll lead small to medium projects related to moves, remodels, modernizations, and reconfigurations. By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you’ll help our teams achieve our client’s objectives. Your role in onboarding new staff and partnering with HR is essential to provide key hires with the best possible first impression of their new team and organization. You’ll lead a small team of local Real Estate/Facilities professionals, providing guidance and mentoring to help them advance their knowledge and contributions to Jacobs. Your partnership with local office leadership is essential as you and your team provide facility support in a variety of areas including property management and maintenance, janitorial services, office planning, kitchen/café stocking, branding, shipping, fleet vehicles, reception, and scheduling.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

• Experience with procurement, finance, and/or accounting

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Facilities and/or Project Management experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in a role that requires successful conflict resolution

• Ability to forge and maintain relationships with all levels of leadership and staff
