As a Project Coordinator Professional, you’ll join our collaborative team providing our client with design, engineering, and project delivery on horizontal construction projects.
You’ll support our team and client by providing technical and administrative support and, most importantly, helping us stay connected with our client. Your technical aptitude will bridge gaps as you schedule and summarize meetings; assist with other documents such as invoices and purchase orders; and communicate with outside resources when needed. Your knowledge will be put to use as you will also provide technical support to our collaborative, multi-discipline design and project management team.
Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment. Working together, we’ll help you grow and pursue what fulfills you so that we can make impacts on the future – big and small, global and local.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
• At least 5 years of progressive responsibility within the construction industry
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, and Word
Ideally, you’ll also have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture
• Industry specific certifications such as CCM (Certified Construction Manager) or PMP (Project Manager Professional)
