This position will bean individual who will lead, evaluate and develop winning response strategiesto acquire new business and retain current clients. This position provides anexciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with solid interpersonalskills, exceptional project management, verbal and written communication skillsand a proven ability to manage major bid proposals for our O&M team.Your focus will be on overseeing the development of high quality,strategic, client specific proposals in a deadline-driven environment, while helpingdetermine and lead the strategic direction, vision and scope of the proposaland interview presentation materials; ensuring alignment with the organization’sgoals and strategies. We also expect your leadership in managing theoverall collaterals and communication documents library, competitor databaseand other relevant information in a logical and easy to access format fordissemination as necessary.

Responsible for appropriate application of our sales work process on selective pursuits to win work
Collaborate with Sales Lead and Capture Manager/Operations in developing distinctive value propositions that enhance our customers’ competitive position
Collaborate with O&M Communications staff to update, improve and/or maintain collateral and communication libraries
Leverage global network to identify and put forward Jacobs’ unique capabilities and resources
Organize, direct and motivate a multi discipline pursuit team to develop strategic sales deliverables
Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Has worked on major proposals with a minimum of ten relevant years of experience
Knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting his/her business and organization; knows the competition; is aware of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace.
