We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager position. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to utilize your delivery and technical leadership and knowledge in water, wastewater, and water resources planning, design, construction, and operations.

As an Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee and lead engineering teams in the planning and design of large municipal water and wastewater treatment plants, water resources and modeling projects, and conveyance systems. You’ll provide technical leadership in the area of water, wastewater, and stormwater engineering locally and regionally, and advocate the use of advance engineering and automation tools in the design. You’ll provide design coordination between multiple engineering disciplines and expert advice to internal and external clients, including performing process evaluations, condition assessments and general consulting. You’ll support our team in developing and adhering to project engineering budget, as well as the project’s schedule and quality of deliverables.

In this role you will become a part of our Project Delivery organization which provides the opportunity to network and share experiences with our world-class technical team and mentor rising project managers and technologists in the water and wastewater fields.

You’ll have a flexible and hybrid work environment where collaboration, meetings, and work may occur in our newly renovated Tampa Office while having the flexibility to work from your home office as necessary and desired. Based on the range of your projects you will be expected to travel for client /site meetings and team meetings.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

  • Holds (or eligible for) Florida Professional Engineering license

  • At least 25 years’ experience in planning, design, construction services and commissioning of municipal water and wastewater facilities

  • Positive attitude, dependable, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team to meet deadlines and provide a high quality of work and mentorship and development of staff

  • Experience functioning as Water and Wastewater Project Manager for water and wastewater treatment facility projects

  • Desire to grow personally as well as professionally with each new task
