As aSenior Water Project Manager in our Salt Lake City office, you will:

Partner with our clients to find solutions to their challenges.

Work with our water team in Salt Lake City to identify project opportunities and deliver work.

Work with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve successful design of water and wastewater treatment facilities.

Help us grow our market in the Salt Lake City area in water and wastewater projects.

Be well versed in both drinking water and wastewater treatment and willing to support process-mechanical projects for both treatment areas.

Develop long-term client relationships built on trust and quality.

Be expected to assist with team building and mentoring of younger engineers.

Work throughout the Southwest geography to support sales and project teams to win and deliver water and wastewater work.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

• Project references in the Southwest area

• 12 years of work experience in relevant water treatment, process engineering, and operations

• Ability to travel 20% of the time

• Candidates should have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, detail oriented, quality-driven, and team-focused

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Utah

• 15 years of work experience in relevant water treatment, process engineering, and operations
