As a Civil Inspector for construction, you’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. We are looking for a passionate Construction Professional in Phoenix, Arizona who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.
By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you’ll help our teams achieve our client’s objectives. Here’s What You’ll Need:
10+ years as construction inspector of transit light rail type projects
High School diploma
Valid AZ State Driver’s License required, or capable of transferring out-of-state driver’s license. Experience demonstrating ability to use codes, specs, and drawings to ensure installation complies for track circuity, polarity, Phase Switch Overlays, Vital Processor Interface systems, Signal House installation, signal systems, and other requirements in light rail industry.
Must be able to prepare daily/weekly progress reports, material accounting records, evaluating tests and inspections records, capture progress photos.
Identifies and document need for field changes and make recommendations.
Ideally, you’ll also have these qualifications:
Associates Engineering or CM degree
Railroad industry certifications
