We're looking for a Senior Industrial Engineer with semiconductor experience who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business (this position can be remote or hybrid in the western United States). Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art industrial and commercial facilities. You’ll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. Your highly interactive team will establish manufacturing criteria, logistics, production tool utility requirements, production line layouts and material handling requirements. Included with these responsibilities, you will work with the overall project team as a technology lead representing best-known facility configurations consistent with the industry trends. You’ll also have the chance to utilize your technical expertise mentoring junior team members to help your team discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward.

Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
At least 10 years of experience working on manufacturing projects within the semiconductor assembly test and advanced wafer processing industry (front-end wafer processing is a plus)
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
Ability to collaborate, delegate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
Passion for buildings and construction
