We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Fixed Asset Accountant, You will be responsible for leading the team in ensuring that all transactions are conducted within policy requirements, SOX controls and our Cost Disclosure Statement and GAAP. A primary responsibility will be to ensure that the migration to Oracle Cloud from the current FAS application is successful and that day to day operations in the new system are efficient and compliant. Property and rent reporting will be required duties. Other duties may be assigned as time permits.
This poisition will be located in our Tullahoma, TN office but some remote working can be considered. Regular hours will be Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
A minimum of 10 years of experience in general accounting
Ideal candidate will also have:
Experience with government contract accounting
Ability to demonstrate a professional demeanor when dealing with customers, management and co-workers
Clear, concise and accurate communications, both verbal and written
