As a Salesforce Data Analyst, you will be a critical member of the Sales Business Solutions team and will perform both routine and non-routine tasks to support data integrity, data accuracy and adherence to corporate policies and procedures. You will work closely with Sales Leads, Accounting & Finance, Contracts and other functions to reconcile opportunity data and bid governance. This role is a strategic partner to the CMS Growth & Sales leadership, and a key element to the day-to-day configuration and management of our Client Success Platform (CSP).
Here's what you’ll be doing:
Primary lead on CSP data quality and integrity
Facilitate CSP workflow and approval processes
Assist CSP Data Specialist with booking activities
Support internal and external reporting requirements
Collaborate with user community to resolve data quality challenges
Participate in the development and user testing of enhancements within CSP Collaborate with our CSP user community & business stakeholders
Guide the user community in the development of dashboards, views, charts, and reports in CSP
Support data cleansing and data migration efforts
Document and track metrics that show utilization and effectiveness of best practices and demonstrated solutions
As needed; support the development and facilitation of user training
Fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to efficiency and effectiveness
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Salesforce or Client Relationship Management experience
Bachelor’s degree or 5-7 years business experience, particularly in federal contracting
Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources & reconcile conflicts
Strong understanding of business development and financial terminology and concepts
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ideal candidate will also have:
Salesforce certification or Trailhead Expeditioner/Ranger Status
Understanding of Salesforce best practices and in-built functionality
Strong data management abilities
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate intricate financial data
