Key Responsibilities include:

1. Identifying client requirements

2. Completing off/on-site inspections

3. Interpreting clients’ design specifications and technical drawings/documents

4. Researching suitable solutions to manufacturing and installation issues

5. Reviewing Delivery Partner/Sub-Contractor proposals in line with required deliverables

6. Working to British (BS), European (EN), Site Specific and other standards and legislation

7. Liaising with others in the company, especially the Project Management team

8. Liaising with clients, delivery partners and sub-contractors

9. Attending meetings on site

10. Conducting and/or witnessing all required tests

11. Recording, analysing and interpreting test data

12. Proposing modifications and retesting installations

13. Qualifying the final installation or system

14. Preparing documentation and writing reports

15. Carrying out Supplier/Sub-Contractor surveillances and report, as appropriate

16. Reviewing Delivery Partners/Sub-Contractor CE&I LTR documentation, inclusive co-ordination and collation of completed inspection and test certificates, including suppliers

17. Approving Delivery Partners/Sub-Contractor LTR Packs and ensuring completeness for submission

Qualifications

1. Qualified core discipline background

2. Electrical Qualifications (Degree Level or equivalent)

3. Multi-discipline awareness

4. Ability to effectively plan and schedule using appropriate computer skills

5. Having knowledge of continuing industry developments and innovations

6. Commercial awareness

7. An enthusiasm for your discipline and up-to-date sector knowledge

8. Planning and organisational skills, such as time and resource allocation

9. Ability to plan own work schedule
