About the opportunity:

Play a key role in engaging our colleagues, shaping our culture and ensure that we live our brand from the inside out. As Internal Communications Manager you will champion our people experience by ensuring we deliver the right information in the right way to help our teams be great at what they do.

By working in partnership with leaders across the business you’ll define, develop and deliver communications and campaigns that help us achieve our business goals through positive employee engagement.

You will be part of an agile, inclusive and high performing marketing and communications team in a growing and fast changing global business.

You’ll need to like variety as we’re fast paced and no two days are the same. You’ll be engaging with the leaders to build content for our business wide Townhalls, advising on communications for business critical projects, creating digital newsletters and evolving our intranet. You’ll need to be comfortable with both strategic and tactical communications as you’ll need to co-build our Internal Communications strategy but also be willing and able to roll your sleeves up and get into the detail of writing an announcement.

  • You’ll have previous experience of planning, developing, and delivering communication activities

  • You’ll be passionate about creating clear content for staff and enjoy finding new ways of driving effective communications that resonate with the target audience

  • You must have strong copywriting skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to define and articulate clear key messages to different audiences

  • You’ll be able to demonstrate that you’ve built trusted relationships and have successfully influenced and managed stakeholders across all levels

  • You’re comfortable working independently and managing your own workload with great organisational skills and the ability to remain focused and adapt in a changing environment.
