The mission of the Jacobs Lone Wolf Team is to support, operate, and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network - Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES). The DCIN-TS ES is a DoD provided, TS/SCI, integrated voice, video, and data, global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff.

Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Customer Project Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:
Support the customer in developing comprehensive requirement documents to support mission needs.
Facilitate the upkeep and repair of IT equipment at customer sites.
Act as the single point of contact for customer requests, queries, and needs related communications in support of the customer mission.
Perform periodic inspections of information systems to validate operational status.
Interact with new and established customers to capture and validate mission requirements.
Facilitate the compilation of site survey data, develop project plans, and provide recommendations for implementation and delivery.
Develop concept of operations for customers.
Provide end-user and senior executive level training and other briefings.
Provide exercise support by observing procedures and aiding when required.
Interact with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (Telecommunications, Secure Comms, System and Network Engineers, and Business Management) to ensure customer requirements are properly developed and achieved.
Maintain availability of critical user environments through direct technical support and high signal collaboration with Palantir engineers and developers.
Oversee implementation of the following documents for government review: Inter-Service Support Agreement, funding memorandums, and other agreements in support of the mission.
Draft briefings and talking points for meetings with interagency participants, critical infrastructure protection, mission assurance, and defense support to civil authorities and other mission spaces.
Obtain photos, facility layouts, building floor plans, and applicable drawings associated with site locations.
May be required to work beyond typical work times to include On-Call, Recall, and/or Standby.

Basic Qualifications:
Must have active TS/SCI or the ability to acquire TS/SCI
10 years of relevant experience
Experience with at least one project management methodology
Understanding of DoD acquisition regulations
Working knowledge of IT infrastructure
Proven experience in recommending solutions that improve customer satisfaction and/or the mission of the customer
Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
Requires travel (about 25-50%) primarily throughout the National Capital Region; Other travel locations may be required as well
Preferred:
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification
10 years of experience leading IT projects
