Jacobs Highway Engineer Sr. Assistant/Starszy Asystent Projektanta Drogowego in Warsaw, Poland

We are looking for graduates and specialists interested in working as a Highway Engineer Sr. Assistant in Kraków or Warsaw:

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing highway designs and associated highway infrastructure works to time and budget,

  • Support on technical report delivery,

  • Use highway design software such as MX, In Roads, AutoCAD and AutoCAD (Civil 3D),

  • Delivering projects in English,

  • Liaising with other 3rd parties as required on projects;

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Requirements:

  • Relevant accredited engineering degree at Masters level,

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English,

  • Experience in preparing design drawings,

  • Knowledge of at least one of the design software: MX, In Roads, or AutoCAD (Civil 3D),

  • Understanding of health and safety issues in relation to the design and construction of civil engineering works;

Additional skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of UK codes and standards (DMRB), and Eurocodes would be an advantage,

  • Graduate member of a professional body and commitment to professional development,

  • Understanding of BIM would be an advantage;
