As part of the DoD HPCMP CREATE Meshing and Geometry Team, your mission will be develop and apply computational workflows utilizing geometry-based modeling for a range of engineering analyses and design scenarios. - Must be able to demonstrate the ability to understand physics-based modeling requirements and work closely with the development team in order to offer computational solutions to the user community. - Must be able to identify gaps and needed improvements in geometric modeling and mesh generation capabilities to realize needed workflows
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's with 10 years of experience, or a Master's with 6
8 years of experience
Demonstrated experience of using one or more geometric modeling and/or finite element tools
Evidence of helping diagnose problems in software tools and perform quality assurance
Evidence of ability to write technical documents and tutorials
Desired
Should possess:
An understanding of analysis and design process for engineering systems involving flow, acoustics and structures.
Ability to write programming scripts and test programs.
This position may require the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Clearance processing will be completed by the U.S. Government. Factors considered for a U.S. Government Security Clearance include but are not limited:
